Maybe they are lining up in KC all day long, trying their best to find a logistically sensful way to the scones and the clotted cream.

 

Being more serious, I'm so looking forward to our next voyage on QM2.

According to http://www.wearecunard.com QM2 set sail today for Hamburg and her refit with contractors, supplies and more already on board. They seem to be getting a head start by ripping up the carpet in the MDR as well as other areas while she sails. No passengers on board.

Thank you, oahucruiser, for stating what is clear to almost everyone on this thread. The QM2 is obviously sailing without passengers to Hamburg for the refit, as clearly the Britannia Restaurant could not serve passengers whilst being redone -- as the photo shows plainly. Aloha!

Im not sure Tender ball is the right wording, but yes The dress code is followed, tonight is the Hamburger ball as the ship has reached the great port
