Radisson does count. I can see my nights on the Diamond when I log into my account. Maybe it was so long between the Radisson and Regent cruises that the computer is not picking it up or thinks you are a different person. I would call Regent and get it straightened out.

As already suggested, call them for recognition of your Radisson cruises then set up your personal account on the Regent web site where all your previous cruises will be listed and you will be able to see what "category" you fit in as a past cruiser - the big one being able to get free internet (important to me!).

 

Our first cruise with them was in 1996 and they applied the credits right away when we booked our Voyager cruise last year.
