Mmmm, have to say a Dirty Martini. I asked if he would make me a "filthy" martini and he threw in a little jalapeno juice along with the olive juice. Very good! Have lots of fun, it's a beautiful ship!

Love the Dragon Fly @ the Molecular Bar & the Peartini @ the Martini Bar.

We were on the Eclipse three weeks ago and had a fabulous time.

Milos @ the Moleuclar Bar is a great bartender and a heck of a nice guy.

We spent a couple of hours with him most nights.

Enjoy!

Loved the Ginger Mojito at the molecular bar and pretty much everything at the Martini bar! It is also a great place to people watch!;)

Ooopppss...I forgot about the Ginger Mojito...:D...my drink of choice to carry into dinner !

And as you can see from the responses so far...Milos at the Molecular Bar has quite a few fans and friends...Please let him know how popular he is on Cruise Critic !!

Well, I can't pick just one.

Cappucinos in the a.m.

Pouilly Fuisse with lunch

Strongbow cider, Miami Vice and Summer Solstice in the afternoon

tanned Russian, Peartini or 20 yr. martini pre-dinner

Prosecco or more Poiully Fuisse with dinner

Baileys on the rocks post-dinner

DH loved the London Pride and Old Speckled Hen beers and the smoke & ginger cocktail as well as port after dinner.

Can you tell we had the premium beverage packages!,

Thanks everyone for all the great suggestions!! I am feeling really good about getting the Premium Beverage Package :D

I am so sad to hear that Milos won't be there!!! I was really looking forward to meeting him and passing on all the love!! :(

We will be back on the Eclipse on 2/25 and that is our favorite ship by FAR!!

As for drinks....wow tough call....my wife is a red wine fan (I think she referred to Cellar Masters once as "Mecca"...cant be sure...) and for me, Im a dyed in the wool beer drinker. That being said, i always like a pina colada by the pool!

When on the Solstice last month, Jr. Merino was on board concocting 4 new drinks and I don't know if they are on the menu yet. But one was called (unimaginative name) Avocado and Mescal. It was not thick like guacamole but was the same color. It had agave juice in it and chile, lime and salt on the rim. Nice and whippy w/ ice. I just called it "that guacamole drink." Very refreshing.

Bahama Mama by the pool

Summer Solstice on deck 13 or 14 aft

Any drink at Martini bar before dinner

After dinner, either the Banana Split Martini at the Martini Bar, or try a Watermelon Felon at the Molecular Bar

It's all good!
