Sorry for the ignorance, but what is "foo foo"?

Foo-Foo, Frou-Fou, Umbrella Drinks, it's all terms for fruity, usually frozen, sweet and blended drinks that are served with a spear of cherries, pineapple, orange slice and an umbrella.

Hmmm, love the name. Can you tell us how to make it? Thanks

The Ole Blue Eyes martini is made thusly:

2 parts Stolichnaya Vodka

1 part Blue Curacao

Chilled over ice and strained

Garnished with 2 citrus orange twists

And I highly recommend to any martini lovers to pick up the "Tee Many Martoonies" deck of cards at Crooners... it has most of the Princess martini recipes... :)

i will have to pick up the cards on the next cruise. Personally, I like the lemon martinis. However, I think I may try the Ole Blue Eyes, that looks good!:D

Now you guys really have me excited for my first cruise on the 8th! All of these sound YUMMY!

Enjoy your cruise! I'm sure you'll have a great time. And really, any of the beverages mentioned in this thread are good... you're on vacation, splurge a little! :D There is nothing like having your favorite beverage (or your NEW favorite beverage) on a deck of a ship, watching the ocean go by...

Oooh, pictures :D

I'd like to know the ingredients of some of these drinks. The names sound yummy, but maybe what's in them isn't to my liking.

So, what's in a

Milky Way Martini

Miami Vice

London Lemonade

I don't know about the Miami Vice and the London Lemonade, but the Milky Way Martini (according to the Crooners cards) is:

1 1/2 oz Grey Goose Vodka

3/4 oz Kahlua

3/4 oz Brogan's

Chilled over ice and strained

Garnished in a glass swirled with dark and white chocolate

I drink a Sea Breeze during the day (refreshing with a minimum of calories ;) ) but on my last two cruises the pool bar staff called me Sea Breeze on sight because they said I was the ONLY person ordering it! :D

(In the evening I still LOVE the Tiramisu Martini !)
