Pre Cruise e mails

Does Princess still send you an e mail telling you who the CD is,

 

if yes when should you get it,

In 10 Princess cruises, I have never had an email telling me who was going to be on the ship....although this time, I got a welcome from 2 different CPTS.....both who said they would be on the ship...interesting....oh yeh, and it was for the first leg of the B2B.....not one on one and one on the other....:confused:

I got one 2 weeks ago for our 19th May cruise on the Grand, it is Billy London.

first CEO standard thank you for booking

 

next captain

 

next shore desk

 

next hotel manager and maitre d

 

used to get one from CD telling shows etc

 

but getting close to sailing and no e mail

On our last Princess cruise, the CD e-mail arrived 14 days before embarkation day.

Only one for me - right after we booked last September. Haven't heard a word since. Same for the Cruise Personalizer - just the one message.:rolleyes:

I always book directly with Princess, so they have been sending me E-mail updates from the ship's captain, cruise director, captain circle host, etc. I usually receive one welcoming me right after I book and the others about a month apart when it's about 3 months before the cruise. If you go with a TA, maybe the travel agent gets them all. Happy cruising!

I've received 5 pre cruise emails--the last one was two weeks before sailing from the CD.

Us too! We booked in August for this August and just the one message, via email and on the CP!

 

Wonder when the others will come?
