Anyone waiting on JB flights I have read that they open up tomorrow at noon for flights thru mid June. :)

The flights I was looking at just opened on Kayak, and they are about $175 pp more than American. I think I'll wait and see if they come down after they are available on the JB website because I'd rather fly Jetblue.

Where do you fly from Donna, Providence? We have flown from Boston but are looking closer to home this time. Hartford.

Jet Blue is supposed to be a low priced carrier. Their fares are about 50% more than everybody else flying out of Rochester. Up until a couple of years ago their prices were very good but in the last couple of years, they're not even close to some of the others.

That may be for your area. We flew from Boston last fall on JB from Boston to FLL, non stop, no bag charge. 232 RT. No bag fees and non stop makes a difference for us. It will be interesting to see pricing for May. :)

Yes. I am waiting to get a flight home from our Allure cruise which is April 28, 2013. Got a great deal flying in $100 pp. so I hope the return flight will be the same. I find JetBlue to have the best prices. I always use them.

Just a reminder to not make assumptions and to check what options you have for flying.

For one route one airline might be lower and for another route another one or even this changes by flight or day.

They are not longer a low costs carrier, but pride themselves on their leg space, free bag allowance and free drinks, snacks. On longer flights, I happy pay a little more for the more then enough legspace. Their personal IFE is a nice plus, even on a relative short flight.

When I need to take a seperate domestic US flight, I always try to fly JetBlue, even if that means connecting at a different airport.

If you are asking about transatlantic flights, then the answer is yes...I've flown many.

I booked fll to San Juan a few days ago. Chose the extra space and speed option. Final booking was $586. Not bad for 2 round trip.
