Just an idea, when you list your drinks list what's in them for those of us that might not know. What is a ChiChi and Dark and Stormy? Love hearing these new drink ideas. It's hard for me to get away from Bloody Mary's and Jack and water.

Kiss on the Lips. At home I have found a huge carton of the mango puree used for this drink at Walmart for $2.48, a real bargain. I also make a variation of this using peaches I have frozen from summer fresh peaches, Bacardi Red Peach and the Grenadine. Both are very yummy!

I am on the Miami Vice train! Usually we get the funship special at sail away, then do the liquor tasting, then the martini tasting, then margarita tasting and then wine tasting....but to me the Miami Vice just means vacation. I can't order them on land....they are my cruise drink.

For a nice variation of the MVice, try the Hurricane Wave. 1/2 Strawberry, 1/2 Banana Daq's.

Which Carnival ship were you on that served this? I know they have the Gosling's Black Seal Rum, but I did not know about the ginger beer.

What is a ChiChi and Dark and Stormy?

As was previously answered in this thread, a Chi Chi is vodka, pineapple juice and cream of coconut. A Dark & Stormy is Gosling's Black Seal Rum poured over ginger beer. Ginger Beer is not really beer, it's a strong variation of ginger ale that is originally from Bermuda.
