That is so true. I am just hoping that we can save post#5000 for Dave.:)

And if he is really good, we will save #6000 for him also.:D

OK, Everyone make a pact..........when you see we are on post 4999 stop posting and let Dave have the honors, better yet let him have 4996-5000 to be safe!! Since he doesn't accept bribes this is next best thing!!LOL Dave I know you will know what I mean!!

we have handicap balcony D303 which we need for my DH wheelchair. full time user. is it possible to post this cabin so I can see it from the outside?concerned about the life boats obstructing the view while seated on the balcony.

When are you sailing? We are two decks up and one cabin aft of yours.

If you sail first, I'd love to hear how your view is.. if not, I'd be happy to share.

How about asking the moderator to close the thread at 5000 and move on to something else?

Does anyone know how many stone beds the thermal spa will have. We usually buy this perk as we do not have a suite and have a hard time using it as people ignore the 20 minute rule and sleep and read on them for hours. I hope it has more than the usual 6.

Someone needs to re-post this when we are at #4980 or so.

I don't usually look at the numbers so I KNOW I'll need to be reminded! :o

Hi enyliram! :D

I did two pictures for you, one zoomed in and the other a little more wide angle to show your balcony in reference to the area around it. While seated on your balcony the view straight out will be unobstructed, but looking straight down you will see the top of a lifeboat.

I hope this helps...

Confession time.....I'm a lurker, too.

Dave, please add my many thanks to those that have come before me! Your information has been wonderful! I won't ask for my cabin arrow, as you have posted so many I was able to find mine by using theirs. Right now, I see someone standing on my balcony! (Finally, a good Port Side view!)

Please keep us posted as to how Princess thanks you for all of your efforts. I am among those that wish I were going to be on your cruise date so that I could buy you a bellini or two. You SO deserve it!

Well, Dave...all I can say is that it is a good thing I am retired. Yesterday I discovered this thread and spent two hours reading as much as I could. Today I came back and discovered the link to the Press Photos, the plan for dining in as many places as possible and the photos on 217 that give a nice view of my Dec 8 cabin.

If I had a job, I would have had to call in sick today!!

Many thanks again!:)

I would also like to add to the congratulatory notes for Dave. This thread has been amazing and I'm proud to have been able to add what I can to it.

I hope to be on the Royal Princess' first New Year's Cruise (we have it booked, but I'm still trying to wangle the time off). It should be a spectacular time! There is something really special about bringing in the New Year's on ship. :)

THANKS for posting the links!!! :D:D:D

Dave thanks for these pictures. When we first booked we had B628. We decided we would like a Deluxe Balcony so our TA got us cabin E516. Well I found out quite by accident that those cabins had an obstructed view. We are now in cabin R106. Should be fun looking into the windows of the bridge.

Anyway looking at the bottom picture E516 would have been just between the davits. Thanks again.
