Any cruise ships in Rusties path?

Recommended Posts

The monster cyclone Rusty is battering the west Australian coast at the moment.

As far as cruise ships are concerned , I am only aware of HAL's Amsterdam in Fremantle at the moment, but am not sure of where she is heading from there.

Are there any others on their world voyages that might be up that way?

Can't see any David. Few other types of vessels around though, but none out to sea (thankfully of course) Below is the site to check.

Thanks .. Just had a look there and did a search on Amsterdam and it showed her approx approaching Geraldton and heading north. Looks like they will have a rough ride unless they can haed away and miss Rusty.

The Captain's blog said they are heading for Bali and he hoped to be able to avoid Rusty.

PS Interesting reading how he avoided the rough seas between Great Australian Bight and Albany.
