All Things Adventure of the Seas

Recommended Posts

There was a problem with the dry dock. Hurricane Matthew destroyed and delayed critical shipping containers. Therefore many of the planned changes did not take place. Some of the changes did happen. The sports deck got a flow rider, water slides, and a new golf course. The pool deck got a water park. Chops will open in March. Izumi has been put on indefinite hold.

Anyone know when Chops will open? We sail March 18, 2017.

Here is a recent Adventure compass, you should be able to see operating hours there:

A couple of questions......we will be sailing AOS on May 20th to celebrate our anniversary. I can't wait! I'm trying to find out if we are allowed to bring wine on-board? I know Carnival allows 1 bottle per person but I can't find any definite information about this for AOS. Also, do you know if we can rent snorkel gear on-board? Thank you for your help!

Royal allows two 750ml bottles per stateroom, regardless of the number of guests in the stateroom. You can bring the wine anywhere on the ship, with no corkage fees.

There is snorkel gear for purchase on board, but not for rent.

I may have missed this, where is Chops going, what deck and where? It seems I've seen contradicting accounts, but they may have been best guesses.

Thanks!

Most likely deck 4, across from Schooner. That's where the nightclub used to be.

Thank you both for the quick response!

I have another question that I know is on here somewhere but my searches are not coming up with anything. Maybe I'm using the wrong search terms?

Anyone have a link/photo to the MDR seating chart?

Thanks in advance.

Jane

There are no MDR seating charts published. They change cruise to cruise.
