Happy Passover!

We were on the equinox last passover. There was no announced special anything, but we went to guest services just in case...and asked. They said they were arranging a passover meal and they added us to the list.

We arrived at the appointed hour...they had sectioned off a portion of the buffet area. Individual tables with tablecloths, each table with it's own complete seder plate and matzoh. There were roughly 200 passengers and a retired hazan to lead a short service (yes, individual hagadahs were there as well). They even had Manischewitz wine! The meal...with full service of course...was matzah ball soup, gefilite fish and a choice of main dishes including brisket. We were incredibly impressed with the effort Celebrity had put into the meal, the planning to get the right provisions on board for the meal and just the "class act".

Sounds impressive to me, actually sounds more well prepared than my wife was last night on dry land.

Have a happy and joyous pesach, don't eat too much matzo, and eggs....lol.

Howard,

Dumping on the wife is not a great move -- that's so last Century (and not the ship). So what did you do to contribute to the Seder? If your wife reads your post I suggest getting a food taster for Passover next year -- or poison control phone number on speed dial.
