Is 12:00 flight too early? MCO

Recommended Posts

If you have the option, I would pick a later departure since you are sailing during hurricane season. We were on a Monarch sailing last August while there was a hurricane in the Caribbean, not even near Central Florida. But when we docked at Port Canaveral, everyone was late debarking, due to etremely rough seas. I don't remember how long but it seems like it was a few hours delay. It probably won't happen to you, but that is something to consider.

99% of the time this would not be a problem.

We've done 20+ cruises out of PC in the past four years, and only had a problem once that kept us on the ship until after 9AM. Getting from the ship to the airport normally only takes about 45 minutes, unless there's construction happening on the 528 (which seems to start and stop with no rhyme or reason), that can make it a 90 minute trip. If you're off by 9Am, you should be fine.
