LOL was being slightly sarcastic Biker. I know the area well, it is my go to spot for a lounger and as far as I know it is not a topless area per say on any U.S. based cruise, period. Sailing from across the pond, maybe, but again have never seen that either. Honestly wouldn't affect me in a negative way if I witnessed this option. ;)
