With 2 people in a stateroom is their a discount coupon book for each person?

Thanks!

Tom:)

We had two a couple of weeks back and one made a fair coaster while the other was used to level the table on our balcony.

That is about the usefulness of of the present coupon books.

Oh how I miss the 2 for 1 coffee card offer. It was the only thing in the book that had value to me:(!

If this is the first cruise for both - zero books.

If this is second cruise for both - 2 books.

If this is 2nd cruise for one, first for another - 1 book.

I just got off of the Golden Princess on Sunday.

I got both the Discount Book from Princess along with one from my travel agent.

Both books are useless. If you spend big money, you can get a 10% on jewelry etc.

I could not believe how bad that were until I went through them. There was absolutely nothing of value.

I was hoping for some kind of coffee or soda or photo discount. Nothing.

Everything everyone has written about how useless they are true.

Enjoy your cruise.

I remember on our Carnival cruise 13 years ago we got a "goodie" bag with a few free things and a coupon book. The coupon book had one worthwhile coupon which was a two-for-one drink coupon. There also was a disposable razor (man's razor in mine and woman's razor in wife's) and a few other real "valuable" trinkets.

The bag was a Carnival Cruise line bag, but, I don't know if it came from the travel agent or the cruise line. Have never seen anything like it since.

"Discount" books are of no value:eek:. Amazing that Princess has not realized this yet as I'm sure not many take advantage of the coupons.

We always thought that Diamonds International paid for them because they always had the coupon that said "Bring this coupon into any of our stores and receive a free pair of stud earrings with real diamond chips in them." We got suckered in the first time. They looked like they came out of a Cracker Jacks box. The wife gave them to one of her young nieces.

I think there was two different coupon books in our cabin last December. But I had too many other things to do the first day, such as explore the ship and relax. I think a few days later I was looking at the desk where they were sitting and flipped through one. The only coupon of interest was about adding time to an Internet package, but you had to do this the first day or so. But the package we purchased pre-cruise actually had enough minutes for our use, so big whoop.

We don't bother with dropping money in the casino, spa, etc. so the buy one, get one coupons were of no use to us.
