Mike & Tracy’s continuing adventures: B2B on Carnival Liberty & Carnival Breeze

Tracy is in her last week of a 5 week equestrian course in Ottawa. She will find out this coming Thursday if she has been accepted in the Musical Ride. If accepted we'll be moving to Ottawa in June. It's a three year posting with one year of training and two years of touring.

I loved your review! Wow,, so many wonderful pictures! My husband and I will be on the Breeze in less than a month.. So close now!

I was wondering if anyone can use the pool in the spa? We do not have a spa cabin.

How are you & the family doing? I'm praying that Tracy is accepted in the Musical Ride! Do you all have a cruised planned for this year? I am going back on the Breeze in June and my Family & Friends Cruise is in Sept on the Freedom. I also received a free cruise (I had to pay the port fees & taxes) on Norwegian from my local casino that I am taking in November. Please let me know what happens with Tracy.

Hi Michel, congratulations on getting a free cruise. We are cruising on March 2, 2014 on Valor out of San Juan. We would like to cruise at least once more this year but can't make any plans yet because of the possible transfer and when we can get time off.

Since you've been so gracious to share info with us, here's a couple for you. I would definitely recommend Dreams the next time you're in the DR, we had a great day there. Next time you're all in Aruba, Sonny Binns gives a great tour, reasonable, private tour, as well. Good luck to Tracy.

Well I just found out that Tracy passed the course. Now we wait for our transfer papers, put the house for sale and hope it sells. If so, we'll be in Ottawa in June. :D

I finally managed to finish reading through all of your review and i must say that i have thouroughly enjoyed it especially the pics which have been awesome. We join the Breeze in May and reading this has made the build up for it even better, I cannot wait.

I use PhotoBucket. I have a yearly membership. It's between $25 and $30 a year. Without a membership you can only download so many photos in their free site. Never had a problem with them. Looking forward to your review.

After spending days reading your awesome review I feel like I know you and your beautiful family - that is why I am so happy for Tracey. I hope your move works out great for the whole family. I am taking my two sons their wives and my six grandkids ranging in age 2yrs - 19 yrs old for a six day spring break cruise on the Breeze in March. Our itinerary is Montego Bay, Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico. I have a question about the food on the Breeze. I may have missed something but as far as I saw you did not eat in the MDR ever in the 8 days. Was there a reason for this? I'm concerned because we are not a fast food family and are used to eating good food and if their is something wrong with the MDR food that would be very disappointing. I've booked the Steakhouse for one night for the adults but since we are 11 people and I'm paying for everything I don't want to have to eat in specialty places every night. Your pictures were amazing. Also is the food at La Cucina worth the extra. I've read such mixed reviews about it. Thanks so much for your input. We are so excited and can't wait till March.

Thank you, I believe we went to the dining room two nights, one night at the Steakhouse, one night at Bon Sushi, 2 nights at La Cucina , one night at Red Frog Pub and one night at the buffet. There is nothing wrong with the dining room food. We just wanted to try something different after 10 cruises. We ate 6 times in the dining room on the first cruise of our B2B (Liberty). La Cucina is only about $12 per person, at that price it's worth it. The desserts alone was worth it for me. :D
