Email address for Independence

Can someone verify the Email address for the suite concierge on the Independence of the seas. The address that I sent was ID_concierge@RCCL.com. I have a cruise sailing 11/15/13, staying in a grand suite and have emailed him about reserving a cabana but he has not responded.

Try letter code IN rather than ID. The rest is the same.

IN is the ship code for the Celebrity Infinity, ID is for Independence of the Seas.

Your address is correct as long as it did not bounce back to you. Independence left today for her TA and I am pretty sure that the Concierge is rather busy with all the D+/PC and Suite Guests on board.

True and I suspect that since it's a 13 day (or is it 14 day??) TA, the concierge should have ample time to contact the suite guests who will be on the 11/15 sailing from Port Everglades. :)

Are you sure you are putting the underscore in the address: [noparse]GR_Concierge@rccl.com[/noparse].

Try this email address GR_SuiteConcierge@rccl.com Since there is both a Diamond Concierge and Suite Concierge, you may have to specify which Concierge in your email address.

Independence has three concierges. One concierge is in charge of the concierge lounge; two are assigned to the Diamond lounge. To address an email to the main concierge you have to do it differently from the ship that only has one concierge:

 

ID_concierge01@rccl.com

 

If you don't specify 01, 02, etc. the email goes to the dead letter box.
