The address that I sent was ID_concierge@RCCL.com. I have a cruise sailing 11/15/13, staying in a grand suite and have emailed him about reserving a cabana but he has not responded. Your address is correct as long as it did not bounce back to you. Try this email address GR_SuiteConcierge@rccl.com Since there is both a Diamond Concierge and Suite Concierge, you may have to specify which Concierge in your email address. To address an email to the main concierge you have to do it differently from the ship that only has one concierge: ID_concierge01@rccl.com If you don't specify 01, 02, etc. the email goes to the dead letter box.
