Last week it was an older crowd.

Figured that and lots of folks booked hoping for Diamonds in December, which was not run.

 

Had two friend couples on the cruise -- both retired.

After looking at a weather station at the port, there's no wind. Docking any boat at night is tricky, let alone a ship FOS's size! :eek:

Agreed went from turning around to nose first at a odd angle

Marine Traffic is showing it docked… not sure if that is accurate. Doesn’t seem to be moving… I didn’t know there was a dock down that far.

Grandeur uses a dock at that location when it makes a port call.

I have seen Grandeur dock there quite a few times and other ships as well.

Seems to be further down where the casino cruises usually dock.

I know, maybe because it is night time I am being thrown off. I could of swore the Grandeur use to dock closer to where the tug currently is.

There's a point (i think) that speed can't be tracked and it shows docked. On Port Fever youtube vid, Freedom just pulled up to the same dock and used the pods/thrusters to keep her in place vs. throwing lines.

Saw another ship just touch this dock area enough to let off the sick passenger. Think it was a HAL ship or Celebrity a few months ago. Not as Big as FR
