Probably because the Jewel-class ships don't have a specific restaurant to serve dinner to people booked in the Haven and their guests.

It has been awhile since I looked, but at the time they only allowed you to invite someone a limited number of times.

I would assume they would still charge her, as the Haven restaurant is not included in the UDP.

Yes, it is not part of the UDP. $25 per person per meal. Last I looked you could only bring her twice during a 7 day cruise.

Our non suite relatives were allowed to join us for dinner in haven restaurant a limited number of times. Like two.. They were charged for the specilaty restaurant fee....
