Pia1913 Posted January 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 28, 2014 Can you still get free stuffed olive boats at the bars on Emerald? AFAIK, the only place they do that is in the Adagio Bar.
dchip Posted January 29, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 29, 2014 We are getting them in Crooners right now on the Grand. Also, had them in November on the Royal in Crooners. Cheers, Denise

sssteele Posted January 29, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 29, 2014 I'm looking forward to having a few on the Ruby in March. They were there several weeks ago.
Sox Fan Cruiser Posted January 29, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 29, 2014 If the bartenders know that you like them they will usually send someone to get some. And if the bartender is really good he will request it as part of the bar setup every day and they will have them ready for you. My husband got a full glass of them every day in The Wheelhouse. bhopal21 Posted January 29, 2014 #10 Share Posted January 29, 2014 (edited) It is a narrow ceramic dish much like a canoe that will hold olives neatly in a row for serving. Maybe 6-8 inches long. Mike:) Edited January 29, 2014 by bhopal21

bhopal21 Posted January 29, 2014 #13 Share Posted January 29, 2014 per person or is it sitting out and anyone can help themselves? Individual service has been my experience. The ones placed in front of me only held like 6-8 olives. Mike:)

caribill Posted January 30, 2014 #15 Share Posted January 30, 2014 There is the story of a passenger who went to a bar early every evening and ordered a martini. After drinking it, he put the olive in a cup and ordered another martini. He repeated this until the cup was full, having consumed a number of martinis in the process. Then he returned to the cabin with his cup of olives. After several evenings, the bartender asked him what he was doing. He answered: "My wife wants some olives and I find this is the best way to get them."
