NZ/Aus Cruises - Marketing to Asian Market

Recommended Posts

RCL had a fun raising walk for making a wish foundation on the cruise I was on they were selling t shirt's for $10 and I believe proceeds went to the foundation.

Yes, it's my understanding that RCI sponsor the Make a Wish Foundation. When we were on our Radiance cruise last year to the South Pacific they announced that they'd raised a record amount during the walk. My friend wouldn't join in as she's the Aust. marketing manager for another children's charity! :)

Hmm. Bit of a disappointing attitude. What does it matter who you work for. Its going to charity not some profit making business.

Its just a shame that so much of the money raised , goes into the running of the organisations , that are in the busines of raising money.

Maybe on the charity side - but in the case of the t-shirts, all the revenue raised goes to the charity.
