Princess & Breeders Cup Races

We are horse racing fans, but booked our October cruise the weekend of the Breeders Cup Races.

Does anyone know whether Princess shows this or not?

Doubtful, but talk to the Cruise Director and see what he/she can do...

We too are horse racing fans (Del Mar) and have never seen any horse racing on any ship we've been on (other than the decorated wooden ones that move based on a roll of the dice!). You might be lucky enough to catch a clip of the race if you get a mainstream channel news broadcast, but even that is unlikely. Best bet - if you have a lap or notebook and can afford the internet minutes, check one of the online sites (TVG?) for a live race or a later replay.

I would set the DVR before you leave.

 

If you are desperate to see it live, it is probably streamed over the internet. This will not be cheap if it is a sea day.

No... it would have to be on TVG. It'd probably cost more than our winnings!
