Book now or onboard for credit?

I am looking at booking a balcony room on a cruise that shows a large discount for seniors. I will be onboard another RCL cruise in 3 weeks. If I wait to book the future cruise onboard for the $200 onboard booking credit, will they still let me have the senior discount? If my question is confusing it is only because I find the RCL rules confusing. Simple is so much nicer.

If the discount is still there then yes you can combine that with the ship booking OBC. (Residency, military, senior, etc., discounts are independent and can be combined with other offers.)

In my experience these drop-down category discounts - once offered - remain for the itinerary posted.
