aloha43 Posted April 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2014 The Liberty became available out of Galveston on Friday. We chose and booked our rooms for a family reunion in January 2016. Now it is Monday and our bookings are gone. Has anyone else had this problem today or know what is going on? The RCL agent on the phone is checking right now.... She said something about a travel agent cruise problem.....and then said it is indicating that it is an "invalid type of cruise". Does anyone know what this means? After the Jan 3 2016 cruise nothing is even listed until the beginning of Feb of 2016.....not sure why.....Can't see 3 weeks of charters in a row.... Did you book direct or through an agent? the Royal rep said "travel agent cruise problem? " uh, more like a deployment gremlin or IT issue.... Plus, it is a very long way off from now, they will get it together. Not sure why you booked this early, the prices are outrageous. Hope they come down quite a bit...
