Enchantment-Changes Between Cruises

Recently off the Enchantment and the cruise was great.

 

However, for those keeping score, there were some changes between my last 2 cruises.

 

1- No Welcome Back Party.

2- No Express line at Customer Services.

3- No Behind the Scenes Tour.

4- No departure comment cards.

 

Also, I don't recall when this happened but no more fruit baskets or cheese plates, just strawberries, one night.

 

None of these are deal breakers but interesting, nevertheless.

That's why they keep getting rid of stuff...because its NOT a "deal-breaker"! So many of the nicities have disappeared.....

They only did the top tier (Platinum and above) party on our Enchantment cruises this past March.

Behind the scenes tours are only on 7-night and longer cruises. On the EN we always get invites to the Galley tour, probl cause we are D+.

We were told that a guest or guests had an "ISSUE" with the Express LIne at GS and that is why it is gone.
