Southampton road works gate 4

Has any 1 any info on the road works we are on Azura Saturday 10 th May and are booked car parking with cps

Have looked at threads here saying how chaotic things are

Our boarding time is 3pm do we stick to this time or get there before then

( naughty I know )

Its much better now because the new gate 5 (one way out) is open. We came off Azura last Saturday and were straight out. There are now three lanes going out compared to only one at Gate 4. Gate 4 should now be one way only in.

The following link might help you with regards to the road works. It's also worth pointing out that Southampton are playing Man U on Saturday with a 3pm kick off, so all routes into town will be busy up until then.

Very helpful info there Tilly but all the Premier League matches are Sunday this week as it's the last day so that's one less thing to worry about :)

Ignore the boarding time shown. They start boarding around noon and they don't enforce the boarding times.

We left from the Mayflower terminal, just as we turned of the M271 saw a road traffic sign saying Oriana use gate 20 found that easy after that no signs saw plenty for MCT which is Mayflower cruise terminal admittedly it was a sunday going and returning today but it was great in the car at 9 am and on the M3 by 9.30

By the way it was cold in the Baltic

We just came in on saturday on Black Watch. there were 6 ships in. We left the ship at 0845 and were off and away by 9.15 - no problem at all.
