Great blog and loved viewing all your photos !! Thanks for taking the time to share it with us.

I'm sure people will have questions about your trip and excursions, but there is no where to ask on a blog format. So hope you don't mind, but I'm adding this link to your post 'just got back from NB Radiance cruisetour". Land itinerary via train/bus/plane and incudesl Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, Dawson City, Whitehorse, Skagway.

 

Cruise itinerary: Skagway - Van and incl Glacier Bay, Ketchikan and Inside Passage of Vancouver Island.

We have just published the review of our recent Northbound Alaska cruise on the Island Princess and seven day land tour. There are lots of photos of the many beautiful ports and inland Alaska; as well as of the ship, including the bar and restaurant menus, food photos and Princess Patters.

Itinerary incl Juneau, GlacierBay, Ketchikan, Skagway, Victoria BC.

Review includes photos of heli-dogsledding in Juneau and Anan bear viewing in Ketchikan.

DIY pre-cruise for a couple of days in Seward & Whittier, and post-cruise in Vanc.

 

Cruise itinerary includes Icy St, Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan.

Loved the gorgeous photos of your cruise. We are going to Alaska end of Sept with HAL because we couldn't get away earlier in the season. We had certain constraints and the Oosterdam timing works best for us.

 

I was especially interested in your pictures of the Island Princess since have booked that ship in March 2015, Transatlantic to Venice, before the ship goes into dry dock. Had read some reviews that said it was dated and needs repair etc. Your pictures look like everything is ship-shape at least. By the way was there an International Cafe (snacks sandwiches) near the Coffee Bar?:)

I am so glad you enjoyed it. The Island Princess was a lovely ship and in great shape. There was no International Cafe unfortunately; but there are plenty of other places to eat.:D

From Mollanjake. Trip review with lots of photos, plus packing tips and other helpful info. Family vacation with 9.5 yr old daughter. Lots of activities and excursions at every location (incl heli-dogsledding, Anan).

 

DIY land tour precruise incl anchorage, Palmer, drive along the Turnagain Arm to Seward plus activities in Seward.

 

RCI Radiance 7/4 Seward to Vancouver.

Itinerary incl Hubbard Glacier, Juneau, Skagway, Icy Strait, Ketchikan.
