Chuggiebug Posted June 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 22, 2014 We are D+ and our grand daughters will be cruising with us for the first time(they are 12 and 13). Will they be able to board priority with us or will we have to board non-priority with them? Thank you for an info!
Clarea Posted June 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted June 22, 2014 (edited) We are D+ and our grand daughters will be cruising with us for the first time(they are 12 and 13). Will they be able to board priority with us or will we have to board non-priority with them? Thank you for an info! If they are in the same stateroom, then for sure they will be able to check-in and board with you. If they are not in the same stateroom, the port people will usually allow a party to stay together. maxs mom Posted June 22, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 22, 2014 Yes! There shouldn't be any problem with that.
molly361 Posted June 22, 2014 #4 Share Posted June 22, 2014 There should not be a problem. Note we have seen times when the priority line is longer that the non priority lines:)
Rala Posted June 22, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 22, 2014 They should let you all board together in priority, but even if they don't, all the lines move along pretty quickly. We have never had the check-in process take more than 20-30 mins at the very most, no matter what line we were in. Usually, it is very quick like 10 mins, or so. Have a great cruise! :)
Langley Cruisers Posted June 22, 2014 #6 Share Posted June 22, 2014 OP seems to be asking about boarding, not check-in. Just clarifying. OP, if it's just 2 extra people, you probably won't have a problem. If you had a huge party, then it would definitely be a problem. Have fun with your grandchildren. :)
Chuggiebug Posted June 22, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you all for the responses. Yes they are in our cabin and we were hoping they would get to enjoy being among the first on board. after our many cruises we still enjoy getting to PC early and being among the first to step on board. One of the perks of living so close.
