Price Dropped

I need help, I booked FOT for August 17th 2014 about 10 months ago. I now show the price for the same cabin type ( D1) is now about $300 lower then what i paid (cabin is PIF). I tryied to send the prices reduction form but the system will not allow. How do i procesed? Will they honor the lower rate?

Don't think you can get the lower price as you are past final payment. You might be able to upgrade by paying a little additional....

No refunds or credits after final payment date.

 

However, you may be able to upgrade for little or no cost if a higher category stateroom has also come down enough in price. You would have to call whoever booked your cruise.

Your sailing is on this week's C and A sale flyer. You can try to move to a Junior Suite. It is going for $1079 now for a guarantee.

They might tell you that it is new bookings only.

The best you can do is try for an upgrade BUT only if those prices are not for new bookings only. This has been the policy for quite some time.

If they refuse to let you upgrade by paying more money for a better stateroom, ask to speak to Resolutions. Sometimes this works.
