Krazy Kruizers Posted August 23, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2014 Here is one recipe I found: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Conch-Fritters/ DH broke a tooth on one years ago -- there was still a bit of shell in the fritter.

LrgPizza Posted August 25, 2014 #11 Share Posted August 25, 2014 They are a staple in the Bahamas. At Nassau, I had some really good ones at a place called Conch Fritters on Marlboro St. For what it's worth, they also have lightening fast free wifi there, which allowed me to check in for my flight home the next day. (I was on Getaway, too).

Gymrat64 Posted October 6, 2014 #24 Share Posted October 6, 2014 We were in the Bahamas this past May and did the Tru Bahamian Food Tour and it was marvelous! We had some amazing conch fritters with a dipping sauce at a restaurant called Bahamian Cookin Rest & Bar. All of their food was homemade and delicious. I highly recommend it.
