Vitality08 Posted September 28, 2014 #26 Share Posted September 28, 2014 Least $75 (cash placed on sea pass)Most $650 (credit card on sea pass) Upcoming cruise on Oct 5 will be placing cash on sea pass- Obviously I spend less on board :). Will be putting $250. Dynomite When you say cash on sea pass do you mean you gave cash at check in or is that something you were able to do prior to boarding? You can do either. To put funds on your SeaPass before the cruise, call 800-722-5443.
Viv0828 Posted September 28, 2014 #28 Share Posted September 28, 2014 I am a little confused. Whether you spend $500 on private excursions or ship's excursions, you are still spending $500 on your cruise. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

DevonianCruiser Posted September 28, 2014 #30 Share Posted September 28, 2014 My least amount was a month ago on a two week cruise around the Greek isles on Norwegian Jade. I spent MINUS $500 :D. Okay my room bill was actually $2,600 but I was up $3,100 in the casino so came home in pocket  My highest bill was in 2005 on Queen Mary out of New York and that came to around $9,000 but did include a Rolex purchased in Barbados  Mind you on the Explorer last year I won the poker tourney and got a free cruise on Oasis - so that's was worth around $2,500 I reckon so probably spent a minus figure there too! bplazo Posted September 28, 2014 #34 Share Posted September 28, 2014 On our last cruise I had prepaid the tips and we had the drink package as a perk So I had a zero balance. One cruise I had a 100 obc so I had a credit.
dynomite Posted September 29, 2014 #35 Share Posted September 29, 2014 When you say cash on sea pass do you mean you gave cash at check in or is that something you were able to do prior to boarding? I put cash on at check in. I see a response states you can do it prior. I may try that this time around. Dynomite
essgee_ca Posted September 29, 2014 #36 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I got over $200 back on a New Year's cruise a couple years ago. I spent about $200 but won over $400 on Bingo! :D
Grannycb Posted September 29, 2014 #37 Share Posted September 29, 2014 (edited) The least was -$50 this summer on Carnival. The most was on a Princess transatlantic that ended in Venice. Lots of $$$$ for shore excursions. That was before I learned about booking independently. Usually break even on RCCL when considering OBC from various sources and paying for shore excursions in advance..
