New Price Drops on NCL Site!

Just checked our cruise and it went down $100 pp and it still includes the 10% OBC promotion!

Still about $300 pp more than what I've got now (booked 10/14/14 SF category 7 day Alaska). Same OBC. Did not get the free dining offered with this new promotion, but that's not worth $600.

Our Alaska cruise has gone up $630 since we booked, I doubt very much that it will come down before final payment.

We booked last March for Feb 2015 and the price is $300 more with final payment the end of Nov. Not too hopeful for a drop before then. I wish NCL had a Early Saver like Carnival so you get price drops up to 2 days before. NCL will drop the price on my cruise because there are many empty cabins, but it will be too late for me to cash in.

Ours dropped $300. I was able to call and get them to move me to a better cabin :)

Our dropped a couple weeks ago. Since then been holding steady. Waiting to see if it drops again closer to our sail date which is 24 days away.

Anyone here work with a TA only to have them switch the file directly over to NCL? This the second time I have called my agent to ask them to "work" for me, and both times I feel like I am annoying her with my requests...

 

How do I get it switched over?

My cruise is up $320pp since I booked it in June. It was one of the few cruises I was interested in that was cheaper in 2015 than 2014 when I booked. On another note, I cannot believe how the rates plunged for Nov. & Dec. for the Breakaway and Gem out of NY. If we were retired we would jump at these prices in a heartbeat but it is too late to change our work schedule.

My cruise for next year is higher than when i booked it. Since I have never been on a Bermuda cruise, I don't know if the price will drop or not. I know bermuda is supply and demand so, maybe not. I will keep watching, though, because one never knows.

Boy do I love NCL! I received a free upgrade to a OA from an OB on my Dec 1, 2014 cruise.

We booked last July for up coming January Cruise and our cabin is now an exact $700 more (total) then we paid with the same amount of OBC.

 

Prices go up and down every day.

After final payment.. went from a BX to a M2, kept KSF and a big chunk of OBC my TA provided as part of the initial booking. This is great!

We booked a BX early October when they had the 10% OBC credit for our December cruise, paid in full, and have since gone to a BD then a B4.

 

Yesterday saw some price reductions, called our TA and got upgraded to a MA, still keeping the original NCL 10% OBC promo and our TA's $100 OBC

Finally got my rate changed...Saved $215 CDN and only lost $20 in OBC with the lower cruise price.

Yes, I was able to upgrade, keep KSF, and keep $400 in OBC. The next category was cheaper than my current category which is why I was able to upgrade. Since yours is the opposite, where it is more, keep watching for it to drop.

We're in the same boat on the price of our cruise - I've been keeping a sharp eye on it but it's never gone anywhere but up! We're in an aft balcony on the March 8 2015 Epic sailing and prices are over $300 pp more than we paid!
