For Sea Days I always can't resist the Sea Day Brunch with the Filet Mignon, Eggs & some sort of the many different Potatoes on the Brunch. Great Photo Review, as all of your reviews...Thank You.

What a great photo review! :D:D brings back memories of cruising on Splendor!

Glad you enjoyed the review. Thanks for reading.

Jamman54~your Splendor reviews have gotten me so excited for our upcoming cruise on the Splendor!!! They are fantastic and the pictures are amazing!!! I just saw you are cruising on the Splendor again 16 days before we go. It will be our first time on the Splendor, she looks great!! It has been a long cold winter in Connecticut and we can't wait to see a palm tree and relax at the beautiful beaches. I was hoping you could tell me a few of the slot machines the casino offers? Also what is your thought on the beaches in GT, the one in front of Margaritaville with the pools, restaurants looks great but is there another hidden gem on GT. Also looking forward to see where you go on St. Thomas and Puerto Rico, thank you again for taking the time to write such wonderful reviews.

Happy Cruising and can't wait for your next review!!!!

Glad you enjoyed the reviews. I'm sure you will enjoy the Splendor, and we can't wait to get back on her. Our cruise goes to Grand Turk, HMC, and Nassau. In GT, we normally stay near the cruise center, though if you go to the right after you leave the pier it is less crowded. Also, if you head to the left and walk further down the beach towards Jack's Shack, it is not as rocky.

Jamman54, Thank you for your quick response, I think we will stick close to port also. The beach looks great and the pool looks awesome, so the best of both worlds. Wow, I didn't know your itinerary was different from our only 16 days apart~have a wonderful time and Happy Cruising!!!

Awesome review! Cruising Splendor for the first time from NYC 6/9 with the same itinerary as your 6/29 sailing. Anything on GT/HMC/Nassau that's a must do/see/eat in your opinion? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reading! I know you will enjoy the Splendor. Not knowing your preferences, it's hard to tell you what is a must see or do. For us, GT and HMC are beach days. Nassau sometimes gets a bad rap, but there is plenty to see and do there. My advice to you is to check out the excursions, and if you see something that intrigues you, go with it. Have a great cruise!

Hi Jeff!  Another fantastic review. We've been on the Splendor with you already so I can't say I've never been 😉

You photos are great! The New York ones were awesome!!!! ( My heart is still  there even though I've been in Texas 35 years!)

If you don't mind I will join you on the Pride now.

Hugs from Texas

Nicki

You will be very familiar with the Splendor by the time you finish all our reviews! 😀 NYC has the best sail away but of course I'm biased. Next up is the Pride which is my favorite ship. Been on her 5 times. Enjoy! 😎

Funny to see this pop to the top of the board today.  We were on this cruise as well, only our third Carnival cruise then, but it remains very fondly remembered as one of our favorite trips.  I even see a picture of me and my mom and one of hubby at that first morning breakfast. Thank you so much for bringing back some wonderful memories today, when I can really use them.

(and I agree about the Pride, my favorite ship as well)

HI Jeff

WOW...it was fun to see this again.

Can't believe it's been almost 6 years since I did this cruise too and notice a lot of changes as well.

I really miss Splendor from NYC in winter but I've taken over Pride from Baltimore in the winter months...LOL

Missing it all right now...Hoping for April 25th on Pride!

Pam
