Vitamin_Sea Posted November 9, 2014 #26 Share Posted November 9, 2014 (edited) I just booked a 2 night cruise Jan 4-6 on Freedom! I was so shocked to find a two night cruise with this company and we got it for a steal! Anyone have any info on what a 2 night ship activities would be like (i.e. formal night, entertainment etc.)? Sent from my iPhone using Forums Its just 2 nts in January. Plus its over before you know it. I would not say its a great deal though cheapest inside shows $116pp++ for another $80pp you can do a 4 nt bahama cruise Edited November 9, 2014 by limoguy1

holula Posted November 9, 2014 #29 Share Posted November 9, 2014 We are taking this cruise too because it fit with my sister in law visiting us. She has a late evening flight home on the 6th. I'm looking forward to it even if I know it will be short and rushed. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
brenderlou Posted November 10, 2014 #30 Share Posted November 10, 2014 We were on the Oasis 2 night cruise in Sept and we had a great time. We live in FLL so a short drive to the port. Have been on Oasis before and was using this as a relaxing weekend. One thing I noticed was the staff did not accommodate for all those that would not be getting off the ship in Nassau since most just wanted to stay on explore so bar service was slower then normal, etc. didn't let it ruin our mini getaway though! matj2000 Posted November 10, 2014 #31 Share Posted November 10, 2014 Just walk on & walk off with the same clothes. No need to bring anything except a small backpack. 2 days is not worth the time it takes to board & disembark. I would rather rent City Slickers.... flpab Posted November 10, 2014 #32 Share Posted November 10, 2014 I thought it was the first trip after coming out of dry dock? I know a lot of local people that are doing it. Fun getaway and for me two nights is enough if you are only going to Nassau. The time in port is perfect for a stroll and back on the boat. It takes no time to get on and off the boat if you live here so have fun.
skibum46 Posted November 12, 2014 #33 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Do you think there will be a piano player on the ship. We love to go to the piano bar
mpoole3 Posted November 12, 2014 #34 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Anything think the price will drop lower than $99pp?
cruisegirl1 Posted November 12, 2014 #35 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Anything think the price will drop lower than $99pp? Who knows? But remember that the taxes will remain the same. I think they are in the $60 range. Would be funny if the taxes are more than the cruise.. We will be on the freedom just prior to that 2 night and actually did consider it.
