Can you log on to My Celebrity????

I can't. It just keeps saying that my user name or password are incorrect. Which they aren't. I had the system send them to my email just now, so I know they are right.

I was able to log on, then able to make a payment but the amount of the payment is correct but the balance after the payment is incorrect. All I am able to do now is wait for my e-mail to Celebrity to be answered. Makes for a long weekend but am sure it will be corrected.:confused:

Celebrity website is rubbish! Tried for 3 days to book excursions and kept having my card rejected, as have our travelling friends. Had to pay over phone in the end, wonder how much that phone call cost.

As I said before, the site has been having glitches, But I did e-mail my reservation representative at Celebrity and as always he e-mailed me my correct receipt, explaining problems with web site. He than invited me to call for all my Celebrity needs. Anytime I do have a web site problem, one phone call to Celebrity the situation is resolved.;)

Just click yes and then it will add the booking to your cruises.

I have a lot of problems with Celebrity login and website when using "Internet Explorer" but not when using "Chrome".

I have no problem logging on, but I can't "purchase" any of the shore excursions(Jan.18 trip on Eclipse)I figure I'll just get on board & go right to the excursion desk.
