I was able to log on, then able to make a payment but the amount of the payment is correct but the balance after the payment is incorrect. All I am able to do now is wait for my e-mail to Celebrity to be answered. Tried for 3 days to book excursions and kept having my card rejected, as have our travelling friends. Had to pay over phone in the end, wonder how much that phone call cost. junetraveler2014 Posted December 2, 2014 #8 Share Posted December 2, 2014 As I said before, the site has been having glitches, But I did e-mail my reservation representative at Celebrity and as always he e-mailed me my correct receipt, explaining problems with web site. He than invited me to call for all my Celebrity needs.
