Sin City Comedy

Hi all, my wife and I are big fans of port intensive cruises, mainly because we do not like most of the entertainment celebrity provides. However on our Summit cruise in April there was a Sin City comedy show that was very entertaining.

The show also seemed to be very popular, so much so that people were being turned away as the venue was packed.

Haven't heard much about this on the boards, has celebrity done away with it?

They had it on the Silhouette during our TA this past month. Only problem was the comedian stunk, and we walked out after about the first 10 minutes.

You had to get there very early to get a seat because when the main show let out, folks began storming into the venue -- it was standing room only. The folks standing next to us got our end seats.

Its been over a year but was on equinox last oct my only complaint is it is the same show every night. That is one thing I love about carnival there comedy shows are different every night. I do really enjoy comedy shows just wish sin city wasn't repeated every night with same show.

We really enjoyed the Sin City show on Summit, this past August -- and, I'm not normally a big fan of 'adult comedy'. But then, we felt that all of the entertainment on that particular itinerary seemed to be bumped up a notch from what we've seen on other X ships. Every live music and comedy performance that we saw was quite good!

It was on Reflection the week of 11/8.

Fell asleep? Sorry you thought it was so bad. The first time I saw it

was last year on Silhouette.....I laughed so hard my stomach started

to hurt:D

I must have.........I don't remember his name, but the comedian I saw?

It was definitely adult comedy......I thought it was hysterical.:D

It was held in Comedy Central and it was full.....I think 2 people walked

out.....not sure how many people that venue holds but lets say 200.

I remember everyone else laughed their butts off:D

The Sin City emcee on the 11-23 sailing of the Silhouette was David Gee and he was hilarious! The performing comic was very good, too, but David Gee was definitely better. Of course, "the beautiful Priscilla" was very easy on the eyes - and had a gorgeous derrière!
