I would like to give a big thank you to Captain Dino who took time out of his busy day to attend our Meet and Greet yesterday. He stopped to chat with people and talked about the new features of the ship, made a few funnies, and spoke with pride about his job.

THANK YOU CAPTAIN!!!

Thanks for these good words about Captain Sagani. He is just the best!

I have cruised with him as Captain four times' date=' in Alaska.

He is a great communicator. As I said, the best![/quote']

Certainly the best I have had the pleasure of meeting so I heartily concur!

Captain Dino married us on Diamond Princess in February 2012.

He was wonderful! We still talk about our wedding every single day!

We loved the poem he read to us that Thomas A Kempis wrote nearly 500 years ago.

Our wedding day and honeymoon could not have been more perfect.

Maybe on vacation? Dino Sagani was Captain for our Baltic and then TA in August/September 2014 on the Royal.

Thank you. Tony Draper was Capt. for my March and November 2014 Royal cruises. I just assumed he would be there for the entire year, but when we were back on the Royal for the 2014 Christmas cruise he was gone and Capt. Sagani was there. I always thought they did one year terms.

I would echo all the above sentiment about Capt. Sagini. He is incredibly personable and mixes it up with the passengers more than most. He is hard to understand over the intercom -- easier in person. I love what Jodieg said about him -- makes me like him even more.
