Celebrity is pushing us away again, no fresh oj?!

We have not been on X yet but look forward to whatever version of OJ they have. I don't think OJ would determine whether we would sail on the line again. We chose the cruise because of the itinerary and smoking policy. We like HAL but the smoking policy is not very restrictive compared to X.

Of course, you do not have a steward making up you room at home, or cooks and waiters preparing and serving your meals - but in those respect you do seem to want "better" because you are on a cruise.

I could care less if my bed gets made and I actually prefer home cooked meals as I hate travel and restaurants. If I could get the different islands look off my balconies, I wouldn't cruise.

I just sailed on Oceania Riviera and I wasn't sure about the orange juice being freshly squeezed. It was pleasant but did not have much pulp. It was served from a dispenser in the buffet so there was no way to prove that it was or was not freshly squeezed. I had my doubts.

Since I pick fresh oranges from my tree every morning I can tell you that the there was no comparison.

The funniest orange juice terminology I remember on a breakfast menu was during a drive through Georgia. We stopped at a coffee shop and the juice on the menu was described as "fresh frozen". Oxymoron anyone?

I'm jealous. Kind of like the FL orange growers association.

The debate is not over OJ it's over not getting "fresh squeezed" OJ ....and of course the ongoing question of Celebrity cutting corners to save money

We are just off Millennium and were served oj at the buffet and dining room

During the Millennium March 1st cruise, the "fresh" OJ changed from truly fresh squeezed to the pre packaged juice. Lots of people were complaining about paying for it.

Interesting that the change on the Millie didn't take place earlier and that it was mid cruise.

And the debate really is about the fact that it is sold or offered as such in the free Classic package. :(

Not really. Stuff runs out all the time throughout cruises. And similarly stock is replenished at different ports as well.
