Back to the Westerdam

Since I used my 100th post to announce my last cruise (December 2012 on the Maasdam), I figured I'd use my 200th to announce my next voyage, departing on 28 February for someplace, anyplace that isn't buried under snow like my home (and office, and town, and county...) currently is.

 

Sun... warm... um, what was I talking about?

 

Oh right, cruising on the Westerdam. Sorry. Ice on the brain.

 

Anyway, I've been glad to read some of the recent reviews and comments on that ship; it seems she's still in good order. I had a great time on my last Westie trip (2011), and am looking forward to more.

 

Now that I look at it, 100 posts in a little over 2 years doesn't seem like much. But I tend to rattle on a lot, so one of my posts is probably like 10 for a normal person. :D

Have you considered requesting a wave for sail away from Port Everglades, by chance?

As Obnxshs says, do request a wave from the Port Everglades webcam folks, and all the sail away gang will be waving right back on February 28th! In return, we would only expect an extensive report...:)

Very clever way to announce your next cruise and on one of the ships we love -- Westerdam.

Hope you don't have any troubles getting to Ft Lauderdale.
