I e-mailed, my request to the identified address, but never got an acknowledgement. After a week, I called the C&A desk and got it resolved/confirmed right at that point.

I sent an email 2 week and last week one directly to the ship. No answer from them:-0

This is my first time that I don't get an answer from royal and I already looked in the bulk mail and nothing [emoji20]

Hello the address you want is KTruscello@rccl.com They will take your request 8 weeks prior to your sail date. That is when your ship gets the list of passengers for that up coming cruise

I used that email and got a reply within about 4 days I think. It was within 8 weeks of my cruise if that does make a difference.

I usually make the request about 3 weeks in advance of the cruise.
