anteaters Posted April 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2015 Hi! If anyone has been on the Royal Princess in the last couple of months and either taken part in line dancing or just knows about it, I would appreciate information about how often it took place and whether it was always held at a certain time (and what time) or if the time varied from sea day to sea day. Thanks!

letscruiseagain&again Posted April 11, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 11, 2015 I just returned from a 10 day cruise on the Royal. While I didn't pay much attention to dancing announcements in the Patter since it's not my thing I did pass through the Piazza one day and they were doing line dancing. skynight Posted April 11, 2015 #8 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Yes they have sessions in the Piazza. Times and days vary depending on the length of the cruise and the number of sea days. Watch the Princess Patter.
anteaters Posted April 11, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Thanks to all of you who replied. And yes, to the person who asked if people still line dance, it is great fun and good exercise. I know a lot of people love zumba on board but that's much harder on the knees for anyone who has had a knee problem. I'm glad to hear that there will probably be line dancing even if it is in the very public Piazza. I just hope that it's at good times. On one cruise it was often during the MDR lunch time which wasn't the most convenient for me who likes to eat there quite often but you can't do/have everything ;) .
