There are lots of both mini vans and cars.

Approx $65 to LAX.

That is what we got quoted last year to lax

All depends on the traffic. We paid $80 last October because we had to sit in a big jam as all the lanes fed into the airport. Last month we paid $60. Sometimes you get lucky and you just zip through!

We went from LAX to San Pedro a couple of weeks ago with Prime Time Shuttle. We did have reservations, but I'm not sure you would need it. Cost was $16 each one way. We had a very friendly and careful driver. Our van did stop at The Port of Long Beach to let 4 off for a Carnival Ship. Our driver dropped us off right at our ship. I would recommend the red vans. They have stations just outside of luggage area.

They are right outside terminal and it's only $16 pp to LAX

Also consider UberXL. That will hold 4 and luggage. I would guess $42-54 depending on traffic.

$59.64 which is what I got by just typing "San Pedro to LAX cab fare" into Google.

Another vote for the shuttles. Lower cost and extremely convenient. Just exit the terminal and they are sitting across the street to take you to LAX.

Made a reservation on Supper Shuttle in March. $17 per person and being a Saturday mrning the ride only took 25 minutes with no slow downs other than immediatly within LAX.

 

The Princess transfer was $34 but we had lots of time to get to LAX so didn't mind experimenting with the unknown (for us) this time to get to LAX for half the price.

I know the Yellow cab rate from LAX to San Pedro use to be a fixed rate.

We also have lots of time till our flight.

With the Super Shuttle and Prime time would we need an exact time?

Our need is only from Pier to Airport.

Supper Shuttles web site asked what your flight time was and then presented several "windows" for pick up. We chose one and I just saved the info on my iPad.

 

We were out a little early (30 minutes) for our pick up time and they just seemed to load everyone into the van who had made a reservation.

you walk out of the cruise terminal and across the street to left is the shuttle stop. We just walk over and tell them where we want to go and then wait for a shuttle. So easy!!!

I am curious why a party of 4 would take a shuttle when for the same price they can book a very nice, clean, SUV from a private company for $65.:confused:
