Dumb question, but is the UBP sticker on your key card when you get it at check in or do you have to go somewhere to get it?

Both can happen. If it is not on your key card (Freestyle card), you should be able to get it from any bar.

Actually, on the Dawn in January, we had to line up at the sake bar to get our stickers (we were in a suite).

 

Some people are reporting that it was already on their card when they checked it, too.

The first five times I had UBP I had to queue at a bar to sign a form and get the sticker. However last month it was on my card at check-in, so much easier..

Both, I had the UDP and I had the sticker when I got to the port last week, but my parents did not and we had to go to guest services. It was fixed within a few minutes.

This past weekend we has the UDP sticker at check in, but had to go to a table and get the UBP sticker after boarding

Just got off the Sun Sunday. We had ours (UBP, UDP, and Pepsi sticker for the 3rd person) stickers on our card when we checked in. Was in a suite, so do not know if that made a difference.

On the Breakaway in October and the appropriate stickers were on our cards at check in. We had our UDP and UBP stickers and our daughter had the Pepsi sticker.

Usually they are delivered to your cabin.

Both UDP and UBP stickers were on our card at check-in at Miami in May, but then in Miami in November, only UDP sticker was on at check-in and we had to get UBP sticker at a station on the ship. So you just don't know.

I'm sure it was possible. Didn't ask - just went and got it. The cards with the details were in the suite, so we just picked them up and got in line. No big deal.

 

First day on the ship, I'm pretty certain the concierge had a lot to do and I'm MORE than capable of getting a couple stickers on my own!

How do you know where to get it if you don't have it upon checkin?

Just ask someone. They'll tell you where to go. If it's included, you'll find cards in your room with instructions.
