B2B2B Platinum Question

We've booked a 21 day b2b2b cruise on carnival sunshine. My mom only needs 20days till she is platinum. On what cruise will she have platinum benefits?

Technically, the third cruise. But there have been reports on B/B cruises the benefits were given on the first cruise. You will know, when you see your embarkation paperwork, after you do your online registration.

I did a B2B2B in 2012, and mid way through 2nd cruise, I became Platinum. I did have it for the whole 2nd cruise, but I had to go to Guest Services to get it honored and receive my Platinum card.

Since she turns Platinum the next to last day of her 3rd cruise, she will have it the whole 3rd cruise, but just don't expect it to happen automatically. Also, when she prints her documents, it may say Platinum on her documents, it may not. Mine did not. Just take a trip to guest services and they should be able to help.
