Don't be a complainer... enjoy your cruise and move on... can't resist people that the only thing that do is, goes in a cruise to just complaint for everything... is 2015 cruises had changed since. :cool:

I would go right to Jamie Oliver's website. It was his decision to change from a set price to a la carte. He is partnered with RCI on this venture and wanted the change.

I do if I have tried other avenues that haven't worked. There is a great website called http://www.ceomail.com with the e mail addresses of hundreds of CEO's

Absolutely! I regularly send out both letters of complaint and letters of commendation (and pleased to say that the majority fall under the latter category)

Even when you go to http://www.ceoemail.com it only lists UK firms and the most senior official if it is a US corporation, not the US corporations CEO or President.
