Paying Cruise balance while on ship ?

I am going on a TA in Sept. I booked our first Oasis cruise for this Nov. yesterday. Which by the way I included gratuities and they are at old rate. Anyway my question is:

 

Can I pay my balance for Oasis trip while on Brillance TA? The balance is due while I will be gone.

You can access Royals website free from their computers so if you are able to make on line payments then yes you could. Not sure if the LA would be able to take your payment or not.

 

IMO I would just pay it off early from home for the sake of a few days or even a couple. Of weeks. One less thing to worry about.

We used to be able to pay off reservations with the LA- but the last time we had a similar situation as the OP- we had to call our RCI land agent. Thankfully, guest services set us up with a phone for free.

 

Not sure if this is the new norm or not.

It may not be a matter of wanting to wait, but timing on funds to pay it off.

I never have any worries about when to make the final payment. I always have it set up, through my travel agent, to have the cruise line automatically charge my credit card when final payment is due. I've done it for 35 cruises with 0 problems.

I will probably pay off before I leave. Just wanted to know if I had the option to pay on board or not.

 

I don't want to have to call from ship, I thought I could do it through the LA. I don't want to stress about it. I'll just need to move some funds around to make it work before I leave for TA.

Depending on ones finances and getting paycheck, I would pay the balance off before leaving then you know it is done. I have always paid our cruises off 1 to 2 months ahead of final then I know it is taken care of and sit back and relax.
