You used to go to Guest Services, but I think the announcements have been discontinued.

You can post on a bulletin board that is near guest services.

You can also arrange to have the Cruise Director mention it during his/her morning show.

The community bulletin board has been removed from Jewel OTS. I don't know about other ships. And there were no personal announcements in the Compass. I'm not sure what they expect people to do.

The Community Board was outside the Cafe Promenade on Liberty, May 6-16.
