No Survey email

Just returned off the Emerald, we normally have a survey email waiting for us in our inbox, this time nothing and no mention of it on the ship either, has something changed.

We received a survey email before disembarkation in May on the Regal & a week later a reminder to complete it.

 

We completed the survey which allowed many more opportunities to make comments & more detailed info than in the past couple of years.

Sometimes it arrives a day later.

 

Check your spam folder.

 

If you do not see it in a day or two, contact Princess to have them send it again.

Just off the Pacific Princess in mid May and for the first time ever it was well over a week, almost two before our surveys were emailed to us. They were a little different this time as well. Took a little longer and seemed to give you more spaces for comments.

We waited 10 days or so after our last cruise to get ours. Just when I was about to give up, it was there!

When I cruised in November 2014 it was in my inbox in a couple of days. When I cruised in January 2015 I never received a survey.

 

If you don't receive one and want to complete a survey, call Princess and have them send you one.
