Alaska Shore Excursions

I am taking an 11 day Alaska cruise in September 2015. First time to Alaska. Would you give me shore excursion recommendations for Ketchikan, Skagway, Icy Strait and Juneau. We are very active with little limitations. Probably will not take any flight seeing excursions.

After several Alaska cruises , my favorite 2 Alaska Shore tours were both flights:

Helicopter to the glacier from Juneau

Float plane to a interior lake from Ketchikan

$$$ but unforgettable.

I don't remember which port it was or which company but we took a photography tour that included land and a boat. I got the most amazing photos of whales, glaciers and eagles. Even if you aren't into photography this was an amazing tour.
