What drinks pack the most punch.

Since vacation is time to let go what drinks do you recommend. I usually drink Scotch but on vacation I will go with some "Boat drinks" to quote Jimmy Buffett.

Oh, I'm rolling with responding to your thread title in my reply:

You should drink some Funship Specials for the drinks that pack the most punch. Ask for them by name, "Funship Specials" on any Carnival ship.

Yes, Long Island Ice tea for sure, but as of last cruise (Nov 2014), I have a new favorite drink with a "punch". Twilight zone! The first one went down so easy and was delicious. I ordered a second, and was literally IN the twilight zone:D

Please pass over all your blue cheese :D

You can keep the olives.

You've got it....but I could eat my weight in the small green olives... The ship sometimes has the big ones and they have no taste at all.

The Sex On The Beach...the Schnapps made from peach! The Velvet Hammer...the Alabama Slammer! They make things with juice and froth, the Pink Squirrel...the 3 Toed Sloth. They make drinks so sweet and snazzy, the Iced Tea...the Kamakazi! The Orgasm...the Death Spasm. The Singapore Sling...the Ding a Ling.

America you're just devoted to every flavor theyve got, but if you want to get loaded...why don't you just order a shot!

The one I pour in my cabin...Crown Royal...keep pouring until the ice floats!

Yes sir!! I drink Crown with a splash of diet coke.... Nothing like a highball with 3/4 Crown and a splash of diet.... Had several bartenders that were "coerced" into my way of mixing... A litte $$$ goes a long ways!!! :D:D

I don't drink for a buzz, I drink things that I like and want at that time.

Then you're in the wrong thread. This one is for suggestions of strong drinks.

If you're on a ship with The Alchemy Bar, then let me introduce you to:

The Quick Fix

Pernod Absinthe, Bacardi Rum, Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin,

Midori, citrus and a dash of Sprite

The same amount of liquors as a LIT, but more tasty, and I think more of a punch!

For me, I always get my drinks when I'm in the casino (after a few hours gambling - they're free :) ). So, because there's not an additional cost I always ask for a frozen margarita with Patron. This way they put the patron in the bottom before they fill it up with the machine. Double punch!! Can only drink 1 :)
